Responsibilities

  • Process client onboarding and know-your-customer (KYC) for Mutual Funds, Insurance and other financial products.
  • Collect and verify data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all the records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Respond to client of any service related query.
  • Visit customer location as and when required
