Backend Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to support the operations team by managing backend processes, maintaining data accuracy, and preparing MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Advanced Excel, and the ability to handle operational documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain backend operational processes and documentation.

Handle data entry, data validation, and database management with high accuracy.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports for internal tracking and reporting.

Utilize Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas for data analysis.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation of operational activities.

Assist management with reports, dashboards, and operational analysis.

Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).

Experience in data management and MIS reporting.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
