We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, bubble tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Customize drinks based on customer preferences.
• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and explain ingredients when required.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Create a friendly and welcoming café atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, counters, and seating areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Regularly clean coffee machines and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• 💰 Cash Handling & BillingProcess payments accurately (cash, card, digital payments).
• Manage POS system efficiently.
• Maintain daily sales records when required.
• 📦 Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and supplies.
• Inform management about low stock.
• Assist in stock receiving and storage.
• Required Skills & QualificationsPrior experience as a Barista (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
