Job Title: BPO Telecaller
Job Summary:The BPO Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer queries, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to achieve daily or monthly targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets as assigned.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during interactions.
- Need versant 4 ( Good communications
- SALARY : upto 24k
- Min qualification : HSC
- shift time- 9:30 to 6:30
- rotational week off
