Job Summary:Aviva Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Relationship Officer to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in bancassurance and will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with bank partners, driving insurance sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to drive business growth.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
• Promote Aviva Life Insurance products to bank customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and documentation.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales manager and leadership team.
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in bancassurance or insurance sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory norms is a plus.
