Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales & Client Acquisition
Location: Thane
Job Objective:
To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting recruitment solutions across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects across sectors like IT, BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing, etc.
- Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service delivery coordination.
- Proposal & Negotiation
- Prepare and present business proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
- Negotiate terms of business and close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Collaboration with Recruitment Team
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to improve sourcing strategies.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business development strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven sales or BD experience
- Negotiation and closing abilities
- CRM and lead management proficiency
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Any bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or staffing industry
