Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Department: Sales & Client Acquisition

Location: Thane

Job Objective:

To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting recruitment solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects across sectors like IT, BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Relationship Management
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service delivery coordination.
  • Proposal & Negotiation
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate terms of business and close deals in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Team
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
  • Provide feedback and market intelligence to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven sales or BD experience
  • Negotiation and closing abilities
  • CRM and lead management proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Any bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or staffing industry
