Urgent Opening โ€“ Business Development Executive (Thane Location) ๐ŸŒŸ

Designation: Business Development Executive

Location: Thane

Vacancies: 2( 1-For College Tie up and 1- for corporate Tie up)

Experience: 6 Month to 1 Year

Notice Period: immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • ๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities
  • 1)College Tie-ups
  • Build strong partnerships with Universities, Colleges, and Coaching Institutes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Placement Officers & Decision Makers.
  • Generate leads and new opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and visits.
  • Represent the organisation at college seminars, workshops, and career events.
  • Manage the end-to-end business cycle โ€“ from planning and sourcing to pitching and conversion.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and improve sales growth.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent communication and networking skills.

  • 2) Corporate Tie-ups
  • Manage the sales process to attract new clients and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain fruitful client relationships, addressing needs effectively.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations/pitches to potential clients.
  • Handle up selling and client retention for existing customers.
  • Maintain a conversion ratio of 40% through effective follow-ups and engagement.
  • Take a consultative approach to pitching existing services and building partnerships.
