Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are hiring a Business Development Executive – Pre-Sales for our fast-growing print-on-demand manufacturing company working with streetwear brands across India. The role involves handling inbound inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, and website leads, understanding client requirements, qualifying serious prospects, nurturing them through structured follow-ups, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth conversions. The candidate will be responsible for explaining our product offerings, sharing catalogs and pricing details, handling basic objections, maintaining accurate CRM updates, tracking lead status, and proactively identifying and reaching out to potential brand owners for new business opportunities. Strong Hindi communication skills with basic English, persuasive ability, organized follow-up discipline, and confidence in client handling are essential. Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred, and knowledge of apparel manufacturing or printing is an added advantage.
