Working Days: Monday to Saturday

 

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our Social Media Management and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads, identifying new business opportunities, pitching solutions, and closing high-value deals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Generate new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads provided by the company.
  • Identify decision-makers and build strong client relationships.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistent follow-ups.

 

Requirement Analysis & Solution Selling

  • Understand client business goals, target audience, challenges, and budgets.
  • Propose suitable digital marketing solutions including:
  • Social Media Management
  • Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • SEO & Content Marketing
  • Website Development
  • Lead Generation Campaigns
  • Customize proposals and pricing based on client requirements.
  • Explain deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes clearly.

 

Sales Closure & Revenue Growth

  • Pitch services confidently and close deals through effective negotiation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and convert hesitant leads.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with internal teams.

 

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction during the initial engagement phase.

 

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Share market insights and competitor activity with management.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Proven experience in selling digital marketing or IT services.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong ownership.
  • Ability to understand marketing concepts and business needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or IT services company.
  • Existing network of business owners or decision-makers (added advantage).
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and performance metrics.

  • Number of qualified leads converted.
  • Monthly revenue achieved.
  • Average deal size.
  • Conversion ratio.
  • Client retention during onboarding phase.
