About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate and convert business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, Google leads, and digital marketing generated leads. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Google searches, and digital marketing leads.
• Engage with prospects and understand their business and technology requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads until closure.
• Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and paying clients.
• Maintain and update lead pipelines, CRM records, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and solutions for clients.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Provide weekly sales updates and reports directly to the CEO.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and digital lead conversion.
• Ability to handle rigorous follow-ups and relationship building.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Experience in IT services, SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions will be an added advantage.
