Job Title: Business Development Manager – Inside Sales (IT)

Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager – Inside Sales with experience in IT sales to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and selling IT services or solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT requirements and business challenges.
  • Present and promote IT services/solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Required SkillsExperience in IT Services / Software Sales / Technology Solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end inside sales process.
  • Experience with lead generation tools, CRM, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.


Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile2–4 years of experience in IT Inside Sales / Business Development.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and proactive approach.
