Job Description:

Yes Bank is hiring Customer Service Executives to handle customer interactions and provide excellent service support. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Deliver high-quality customer service across interactions
• Maintain records of customer conversations and transactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Freshers can apply
• Experienced candidates are preferred
• Good communication skills required

Work Details:

• Rotational shifts
• Rotational week off
• Pick-up and drop facility from Thane station to office

Salary:

• ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 in-hand
• ₹25,500 CTC
• Additional incentives
