Process: IDFC Bank - Outbound Voice Process
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound voice calls for sales
- Pitch banking products effectively to customers
- Understand customer requirements and close sales
- Maintain call quality and basic documentation
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Min. HSC Pass
- Communication: Average Hindi speaking ability
- Skills: Basic selling and persuasion skills
- Freshers are welcome
