Job Role: SR.Customer Service Representative - INSULET CHAT Process
Location: Thane West
Requirements:
- Education: HSC / Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6+ months in International BPO (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Typing Speed: 35 WPM / 90% accuracy
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to ₹32,000 Net Take Home
- Work Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
