Key Responsibilities
• Handle 2–3 live chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist passengers with ticket changes, flight re-bookings, seat upgrades, and refunds.
Candidate Requirements •
Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers welcome; BPO experience is an advantage.
• Typing speed of minimum 40 WPM with high accuracy. •
Excellent written English (No SMS language).
• Comfortable working rotational night shifts (US Hours).
• Mumbai based candidates preferred.
