Job Description
- Job Title: Bakery Chef (Intern / Fresher / Experienced)
- Location: Thane West
- Experience: 0–5 Years
- Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts
- Assist in daily bakery production and kitchen operations
- Follow standard recipes, hygiene, and food safety guidelines
- Decorate cakes and bakery items as required
- Manage ingredients, inventory, and waste control
- Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and work area
- Support senior chefs in new product development
- Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge or training in baking and pastry
- Willingness to learn (for interns/freshers)
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Passion for baking and food presentation
- For Experienced Candidates:Experience in commercial or artisan bakery
- Ability to handle production independently
- Knowledge of costing and quality control
