Job Description
Job Title: Renewal Executive – Health Insurance Process (Cigna)
Eligibility: HSC/Graduate with minimum 6 months of relevant experience (on paper)
Skills: Good communication skills required
Shift Details:
- Shift Window: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Hours: Any 9 hours
Salary:
- CTC: ₹20,500
- In-hand: ₹16,500
Role:
Handle policy renewals, interact with existing customers, ensure timely follow-ups, and support retention of health insurance clients.
