Civil Site Engineer

Job description

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute finishing works such as plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, flooring, wall cladding, and façade works.
• Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications for all finishing activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material consumption records, and work checklists.
• Verify the quality of materials and workmanship in accordance with project specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely availability of resources.
• Conduct site inspections and snag list checks before handing over areas.
• Support the planning team in preparing work schedules and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC and Safety departments for inspections and compliance.
