Collection Executive / Officer

As Atlas corporate services We are hiring Collection Agents for a third-party collection agency to work on behalf of a reputed company. The role involves contacting customers to recover pending dues in a professional and respectful manner.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to remind them about pending payments

• Explain payment terms and assist with repayment options

• Maintain daily records of calls made, payments collected, and follow-ups

• Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor

• Maintain a professional attitude and adhere to collection compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of using mobile apps and Excel

• Must have a smartphone and two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

• Previous experience in collections or telecalling is a plus
