Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
• Lead and mentor a team of collection agents, setting performance goals.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with debtors and handle complex negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with collection laws, including the FDCPA.
• Generate reports on collection activities and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 years of experience in Debt-Collection Recovery
• Strong knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in collection software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• DRA Certificate preferred.
