We are looking the candidate for the role of Commissary Associate for Thane location (Lake shore mall).
Job role - Commissary Associate
Education - Any Bachelor or Any Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience - Fresher/ Exp both
JOB FUNCTIONS
1 Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
2 Preparing the ingredients for operations.
3 Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
4 Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
5 Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty.
6 Maintaining FIFO in kitchen.
7 Assisting chef in optimization of wastages, variance
