Profile :- Complaints Officer
Primary Responsibilities
Emails and Service Request Management
Handling the customer emails received at Customer Service Email IDs
Adherence to Internal and IRDA TAT’s
Co-ordination with internal and external Stakeholders
100% recording and registration of complaint / request / query as per PPI guidelines
Timely response on emails
100% response to all the emails received
Any Graduate / Post
Graduate Experience: 1-2 years of experience in General
Good in-hand knowledge in General Insurance Products
Understanding of IRDA-related issues and addresses of Customer QRC
Knowledge of PPI guidelines
Proficiency in English - Oral and Written Skills
