Computer Hardware & Printer Hardware Engineer

A Computer Hardware & Printer Hardware Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems, peripherals, and printers.

Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and printers

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues

Repair or replace faulty components (RAM, HDD, motherboard, printer parts, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades

Install and update drivers and basic software

Handle network connectivity issues related to hardware

Maintain inventory of hardware equipment and spare parts

Provide technical support to users (onsite or remote)

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals

Understanding of printer mechanisms (laser, inkjet, network printers)

Basic networking knowledge

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team
