Coordinator - Technical Operations

The Coordinator, Technical Operations will play a key role in providing IT support for our teams globally. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting various IT systems, and working collaboratively with the global IT team to ensure smooth operations across multiple regions. Although you will be based in India, you will provide support for teams across the company, reporting directly to the Global IT Manager in the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system for end-users across the company.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in setting up new computers, accounts, and IT equipment for employees.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on workstations and peripheral devices.
• Document issues, resolutions, and update tickets in the tracking system.
• Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 support when necessary.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to provide support to teams across different time zones.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• This position is full time in office, based in Thane, India. Requiring 5 days a week in the office.
• The Technical Operations Associate may be required to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones or urgent situations.
