Counsellor

We are looking for dynamic and result oriented counselor to promote and convert leads into admission for JEE and NEET coaching program. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationship with students and parents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits,seminars,and digital inquiries.
• Counsel students and parents about JEE/ NEET courses, fee structures and admission process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/sales target.
• Conduct followups with prospective students to ensure conversions.
• Maintain records of leads, admissions, and followups in CRM or MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth on boarding of students.
• Represent the institute at events, seminars and promotional activities.
