The Credit Executive will play a crucial role in overseeing credit processes, analyzing financial data, and making informed decisions to support the growth of the CV business. They will work closely with the HUB-CV & CE team to optimize credit allocation and manage risks effectively.

• Manage and oversee credit operations for the HUB-CV & CE division.
• Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess borrower's creditworthiness.
• Make informed credit decisions based on risk assessment and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations, maintaining high standards of integrity.
• Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with the HUB-CV & CE team to develop and implement credit strategies.
• Provide regular reports and insights on credit performance to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software.
• Good understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
