Customer Service Executive – GR-RL (Grievance Redressal Retail Liabilities) (Email Support)


 Job Description

 

• Ensure grievance complaints are acknowledged and resolved within defined turnaround times (TATs).

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather details and expedite resolution.

• 100% calling is mandatory on each case.

• Liaise with operations, technology, risk, and product teams for timely closure of complaints.

• Communicate effectively with customers on progress and closure.

• Work closely with senior leadership for high-severity cases.

• % complaints resolved within TAT.

• Reduction in repeat complaints.

• Customer satisfaction on closed grievances.

• Quality of responses and regulatory adherence.

• Strong communication (verbal & written).

• Customer-centric approach and empathy.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and manage escalated cases.

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline (management preferred).

• 18+ months of experience in customer service, grievance management, or operations.

Experience in banking/financial services is an added advantage.


Salary Details

Experienced: Up to ₹4.10 LPA (CTC)—based on interview performance


Working Days & Timings

Flexible to work (7AM till 8PM), including Sundays/holidays

• Flexible to get scattered 8 weeks off in a month with 9-hour shifts
