Quality: C2 

Requirements:

HSC/Graduate with a minimum of 6 months or above of voice based customer service experience mandatory

Comms skill - Excellent 

*Assessments* - Amcat - SVAR score of 69 mandatory

Salary - Upto 35k in hand

Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts (strictly follow IBU boundaries)

Week offs: 5days of working. Any 2 Rotational week offs

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Shift: 8AM– 8PM in between any 9 hours shift 

Week Off: 1 Rotational

Eligibility:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Minimum 6 months experience

Age: Below 35

Salary: ₹20000 In-Hand

CTC: ₹22,000

Bonus:

₹1,000 Attendance Bonus

₹1,000 Language Bonus (for Marathi/Gujarati speakers)
