Job Title: Customer Care Executive (E-commerce & WhatsApp Support)
Location: Thane West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹12,500 per month
Job Description:We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer communication on WhatsApp and assist in daily e-commerce operations at our Thane West, Mumbai office. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries and orders through WhatsApp.
- Assist in e-commerce operations such as order processing and tracking.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for dispatch and delivery.
- Update customer records and order details.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders.
- Requirements:Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
