• Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide product/service information clearly to customers
• Follow company processes and quality standards
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, email, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle customers politely and patiently
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
