Job Title: Care ManagerCompany: Helpee Healthtech Pvt LtdLocation: MumbaiSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + IncentivesJob Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Care Manager to oversee client servicing and caregiver coordination post-deployment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service delivery, handle escalations effectively, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for clients after caretaker deployment, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per agreed schedules and coordinate with the accounts team when required.
- Handle and resolve escalations from clients and caretakers promptly and professionally, minimizing service disruptions.
- Proactively collect client feedback and Google reviews to enhance brand reputation and customer trust.
- Achieve individual performance targets set by management to qualify for incentive programs.
- Meet and maintain assigned KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing caretaker queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Analyze caregiver-related issues and ensure resolution within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Maintain and manage caregiver relationships, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Update and maintain the caregiver database, ensuring accuracy in profiles, availability, and performance tracking.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on caretaker performance and operational challenges.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or healthcare coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle escalations and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
