Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with
customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
∙Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
∙Act as a point of contact for client queries, feedback, and service issues.
∙Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts, and support) to ensure smooth
service delivery.
∙Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
∙Assist in resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
∙Support in achieving customer retention and satisfaction targets.
