Responsibilities: Outbound/Inbound Sales II Telesales. US healthcare projects (Medicare supplement, advantage, DME, Cardio, CGX) • Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally, provide demos and explain products and services to customers • Identify customer's needs and wants and convince them to buy the product/service • Process customer purchases and accurately record details of customer's purchase orders • Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance
