Profile:- Telecaller - Inbound Voice Process

  • Education: Graduate mandatory
  • Experience Candidates Required
  • Age: 18-32 years
  • Good communication skills in English
  • No employment gap more than 6 months

Employment Details:

  • Direct payroll of Kotak Mahindra Bank
  • Salary: Upto 3,71,000 CTC
  • Process: Inbound + Cross Selling
  • Work Type: 75% Customer Service | 25% Cross-Sell

Responsibilities:

  • Explaining Kotak 811 features & digital banking benefits
  • Handling inbound queries & support
  • Maintaining client data & follow-ups
  • Upselling/cross-selling products as required

Shift Details:

  • 24/7 rotational shifts
  • For Females: 07:00 AM - 08:00 PM window
  • Sunday & holiday work applicable
  • Rotational week-offs: 8 per month
