Profile:- Telecaller - Inbound Voice Process
- Education: Graduate mandatory
- Experience Candidates Required

- Process: Inbound + Cross Selling
- Work Type: 75% Customer Service | 25% Cross-Sell
Responsibilities:
- Explaining Kotak 811 features & digital banking benefits
- Handling inbound queries & support
- Maintaining client data & follow-ups
- Upselling/cross-selling products as required
Shift Details:
- 24/7 rotational shifts
- For Females: 07:00 AM - 08:00 PM window
- Sunday & holiday work applicable
- Rotational week-offs: 8 per month
