Job Description:

We are hiring experienced sales professionals for the role of Inbound Officer for Kotak 811. This role involves handling inbound customer queries along with cross-selling banking products. Candidates will be employed directly on Kotak Mahindra Bank’s payroll.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Male/Female
• Experience: Sales experience required (No freshers)
• Education: Graduate
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English
• Work Gap: Should not have any employment gap exceeding 6 months

Salary:

• Up to ₹3,50,000 CTC (Depends on performance in the interview)

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Weekly Offs: 4 rotational offs per month (6 offs per month after 6 months of confirmation)
