Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the Yes Bank Inbound Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing accurate information related to banking services. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to assist customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding banking services and queries.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
  • Update customer details and call records in the system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Good communication skills are required.
  • Freshers can apply; experienced candidates are also welcome.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹21,500 in-hand per month.
  • CTC: ₹26,500 per month plus incentives.
  • Rotational shifts.
  • Rotational weekly off.
  • Pick-up and drop facility from Thane Station to the office.
