Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Tech Support (US Voice Process)Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive for Tech/Telecom Support (US Voice Process). The candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and experience handling US customers over voice calls.

Required Experience:

  • 3–4 years of experience in US Voice Process (Tech Support or Telecom Support mandatory)
  • Experience in handling technical troubleshooting for internet, telecom, or related products

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to telecom/internet services
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently with high customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English speaking and communication skills (mandatory)
  • Strong technical knowledge in telecom or tech support
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle US customers professionally
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing systems
