Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Tech Support (US Voice Process)Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive for Tech/Telecom Support (US Voice Process). The candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and experience handling US customers over voice calls.
Required Experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in US Voice Process (Tech Support or Telecom Support mandatory)
- Experience in handling technical troubleshooting for internet, telecom, or related products
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to telecom/internet services
- Resolve customer queries efficiently with high customer satisfaction
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution
Required Skills:
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong technical knowledge in telecom or tech support
- Good problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle US customers professionally
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing systems
