Process: Reliance Retail - Inbound Voice Process

Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC Freshers & Graduates can apply
  • Good English communication skills are mandatory

Salary:

  • Graduates: ₹20,000 CTC | ₹16,000 In-hand
  • HSC: ₹18,000 CTC | ₹14,000 In-hand

Shift Details:

  • Rotational shifts between:
  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
  • Day rotational shifts
  • 1 rotational week off
