Job Role: Customer Service Executive
Location: Thane West
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational Week Offs
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 In hand (₹25,500 CTC)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls professionally
- Address customer queries related to banking services
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain quality and compliance standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation mandatory (any stream)
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Experienced candidates are also encouraged
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs
