Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Overview:We are hiring Customer Service Executives to handle customer interactions and provide high-quality support. The role involves assisting customers with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Follow company guidelines and communication standards
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) mandatory
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-focused attitude
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
