Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Identify cross-sell opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services to customers.


Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle voice processes effectively.

Proficiency in handling inbound/outbound calls, telesales, and customer support roles.
