Job Description
Process: Customer Care Executive - Reliance Retail (Inbound Process)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC / Graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Shift Details:
- Shift Window: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
- Working Hours: 9 hours (rotational shift)
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working
- 1 rotational week off
Salary & Benefits:
- HSC: ₹18,000 CTC | ₹14,500 Take-home
- Graduate: ₹20,000 CTC | ₹16,000 Take-home
