Job Description

Process: Customer Care Executive - Reliance Retail (Inbound Process)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC / Graduate (Freshers can apply)
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Shift Details:

  • Shift Window: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
  • Working Hours: 9 hours (rotational shift)

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days working
  • 1 rotational week off

Salary & Benefits:

  • HSC: ₹18,000 CTC | ₹14,500 Take-home
  • Graduate: ₹20,000 CTC | ₹16,000 Take-home
