 Key Responsibilities: 

- Accurately enter new client details into the database. 

- Communicate professionally via email and phone with insurance companies to confirm legal representation. 

- Call insurance companies to set up claims . 

- Organize and file client documents systematically. 

- Perform the back-office tasks

- Request and follow up on medical records from healthcare providers and insurers. 

- Perform any task that the business requires. 

 What We’re Looking For: 

- Very good verbal and written English communication skills. 

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. 

- Proactive and professional approach in handling client and insurer interactions. 

- Ability to work night shifts comfortably (US business hours). 

- Self-motivated & hardworking professionals with a laser focus on productivity and quality. 

- Basic Knowledge of Excel is must !

- Should be able to communicate with US clients.
