Job Title: Customer Service Executive (International Voice Process)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our International Customer Service Process. The ideal candidate will handle Mortgage related queries and processes for international clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve and Manage queries for for international clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, Emails in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems promptly.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Minimum qualification: HSC with Minimum of 6 months of Internation BPO Experience / Graduate freshers also can apply.
• Prior experience in International BPO process preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

• upto 25K inhand

Shifts:

• 24*7 (Rotational Shifts with 2 Rotational weeks off)
