JOB DESCRIPTION


Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through calls, emails, or chat in a polite and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed and correct records of customer interactions in the system.

Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when required.

Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs.

Meet daily performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective problem resolution.

Continuously improve product knowledge and customer handling skills through training.
