Job Description

Designation: Customer Service Executive – Inbound

Process: Godrej Inbound

Location: Thane (ETPL)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Provide accurate information and resolve service-related queries
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards
  • Maintain call logs and case documentation

Eligibility:

  • Graduate candidates only
  • Minimum 3–6 months customer service experience
  • Versant Level 4 required
  • Good English and Hindi communication
  • Flexible with rotational shifts

Shift & Off:

  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • One rotational weekly off

Salary:

  • ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 in-hand
  • Max CTC: ₹25,500
  • Pick-up and drop from Thane Station
