Job Description
Designation: Customer Service Executive – Inbound
Process: Godrej Inbound
Location: Thane (ETPL)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve service-related queries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards
- Maintain call logs and case documentation
Eligibility:
- Graduate candidates only
- Minimum 3–6 months customer service experience
- Versant Level 4 required
- Good English and Hindi communication
- Flexible with rotational shifts
Shift & Off:
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- One rotational weekly off
Salary:
- ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 in-hand
- Max CTC: ₹25,500
- Pick-up and drop from Thane Station
