Job Description
Job Title:Inbound Customer Service (Kotak Mahindra Bank)
Shift Timings: 8 AM – 8 PM, 9-hour rotational shifts
- 4 rotational off days for first 6 months, 6 rotational off days thereafter
Salary & Incentives:
- Fresher: ₹2.8 LPA (18K in-hand)
- Experienced: Up to ₹3.59 LPA (24K in-hand)
- Incentives: Up to ₹5K/month
Requirements:
- Fresher or experienced candidates
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
