Customer Service Executive - Medical Biller

Process:- Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive LINCARE Process

Location: Ashar IT park, Thane (W)

Job Type: Full-time (24X7 Shift)

Shift & Week Offs:

• Rotational shifts
• 2 rotational week offs per week

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Customer Service, or Medical Billing

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivable processes for the LINCARE project
• Manage billing, collections, and follow-ups with clients/insurance companies
• Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments
• Ensure accuracy in medical billing and documentation
• Maintain records and update systems as required
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of AR and medical billing processes
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

• Up to 28,000 in hand (based on qualification and experience)
