Job Description
Job Role: Customer Service Executive - Yes Bank (Inbound Process)
Location: Kasarwadawali, Thane (w)
Shift: Day Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational
Salary: 18,000 20,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
Transportation: Pick-up and drop facility available from Thane Station
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services
- Maintain high service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a graduate (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willing to work in rotational day shifts and rotational weekly offs
- Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates will be preferred
