Job Role: Customer Service Executive – Yes Bank Process

Location: Thane West

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Week Off: Rotational Week Offs

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 In hand (₹25,500 CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer service calls professionally
• Address customer queries related to banking services
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain quality and compliance standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation mandatory (any stream)
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Experienced candidates are also encouraged
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs
